In this role, you will guide long-term technology roadmaps, influence investment and product decisions, and ensure consistent alignment between business strategy, architecture standards, and technology delivery. Strong ability to ensure solution compliance with architecture and technology assurance standards, with a focus on quality, consistency, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements.Manages a team of Enterprise Architects and works across the architecture disciplines on strategic planning and implementation, including working to develop organizational long-term and short-term goals, develop objectives and monitor completion.Provides architectural leadership, guidance, and support for technology teams, including leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise architecture technology strategies.Influences technology investment and product selection decision to support organization mission through use of EIT.Define EA maturity road map and practices related to EA governance and partners with key stakeholders to implement key architecture governance frameworks including ongoing process review, improvements, execution, analysis & adoption of new processes.Ensures compliance of solutions and alignment with technology assurance standards and reviews deliverables for accuracy and quality.Manages team’s workload, and effectively communicates status to the Program, demand manager and senior management including risk mitigation and contingency planning.Contribute to the development of SDLC procedures to support EA controls and metrics.Develop and report business-relevant metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise architecture program, facilitate appropriate resource allocation and increase the maturity of the architecture practice.Identifies and solves project issues; oversees all aspects of multiple project development life cycles from enterprise architecture perspective.Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience is required.Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college.7 years - Experience in IT Architecture or related field required5 years - Experience leading teams of technical resources in diverse disciplines is required.Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etcAbility to lead and manage team of enterprise architects and consultantsAbility to collaborate with a cross-functional teams to explain and enforce architecture standardsAbility to apply security concepts and controls to adapt to organizations’ needs and goalsProven analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to perform non-routine analytical tasksExcellent oral and written communication skills as well as business acumen to communicate details about enterprise architecture, policies, and practices to technical and nontechnical colleaguesStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to lead and manage multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to act as a mentorShould have an agile mindset and have awareness and understanding of Agile methodologiesNice-to-haves
