Key Responsibilities as Manager of Architecture:

Establish and continuously improve the governance model and operational framework for architecture decision-making, ensuring that all decisions are documented, reviewed, communicated, and periodically revalidated.Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture to convert enterprise-wide standards into actionable guidelines for CLA teams, ensuring alignment, adoption, and traceability across the organization.Oversee product and tool selection governance by establishing evaluation criteria, decision forums, approval pathways, and exception handling, balancing team autonomy with enterprise standards and risk management.Own and maintain the software development lifecycle (SDLC) governance roadmap, defining maturity checkpoints, prioritizing improvements, and reporting progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and key stakeholders.What You Will Need:
