Manager of Solution Architecture for DoW Accounts

In this pivotal role within the Public Sector Technology Solutions Support team, you will significantly contribute to shaping AI-ready connectivity for our DoW customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of solution architects and engineers, ensuring they achieve organizational objectives.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with the strategic and operational needs of DoW clients, emphasizing scalability and security.Utilize your technical expertise in Dark Fiber, Layers 1-4, IP VPN, DIA, and Ethernet, along with international experience in Cyber and Zero Trust.Guide solution development while ensuring compliance with the EIS and other DoW contracts.Engage proactively with DoW clients to understand their requirements, articulate value, and foster long-term relationships.Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and implement a strategic vision for the DoW solution architecture practice.Provide technical oversight and approve designs for architectural integrity in line with enterprise standards.Champion continuous improvement through the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.What We Seek:

Eligibility for classified information access (government security investigation; Top Secret preferred).Proven experience in delivering complex technology solutions in the DoW domain.Strong team management capabilities.In-depth knowledge of the EIS contract and other relevant DoW contracts.Solid background in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military/private sector experience.Exceptional presentation, speaking, and writing skills to convey complex concepts to senior DoW officials.Strong interpersonal skills for building trust with clients and cross-functional teams.Organizational agility in both direct and matrixed environments.Willingness to travel occasionally.Compensation: Base salary ranges vary by state, with adjustments based on location and experience. For states like AL, AR, and others, the range is $130,738 - $174,306. In states like CA, NY, and similar, the range is $143,814 - $191,742.
