Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or solutions architecture

Strong skills in software development (Python, Java, Node.js) and AI / ML frameworks

Prior experience in people management and conflict resolution

Ability to set clear goals and provide performance feedback
