The successful applicant will work in a team environment on various types of planning and design projects including municipal and private projects. Education, Experience, and Other Requirements Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program; MUST BE LICENSED with 10+ years of professional U.S. architectural experience focused on small to mid-sized commercial projects, including new construction, additions, renovations, and tenant work; Proven ability to produce high-quality coordinated documentation for permitting and construction; Strong design, technical, and problem solving skills with attention to detail; Ability to independently generate design solutions from client criteria is a plus; Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or Revit LT software for design and project management.
