Managing Architect

Responsible for directing staff in the completion of projects for the firm. ·        Develop and maintain production staff schedules and assign projects in conjunction with senior staff and Director of Operations. ·        Provide support to staff in the community entitlement process, including attending city meetings, assisting with negotiations with design review and planning communities, and assisting with presentations. ·        Perform Client Manager responsibilities when requested by stakeholders for certain regional clients, current and new, including expansion of services to existing clients.
