Managing Associate (Project Architect)

MKThink is growing to meet the needs of our clients! The candidate we're seeking will have at least 5 years in a similar role, and will be interested in working on projects in California, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands; experience with local government agency jurisdictions; working in tandem with engineering consultants and producing detailed sets of construction documents using Revit software. Lead construction document preparation in collaboration with the Project Executives, and Project Manager. Lead and mentor a team of architectural staff. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture California Architectural License Proficiency in Revit, with proven work experience in an architectural environment Effective communicator and a Team player CASp certification is a plus LEED and/or WELL accreditations are a plus DSA and/or HCAI Experience is a plus
