Managing Director of Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director of Architecture to lead a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers while driving operational excellence, project quality, and business growth. This executive leadership role is ideal for a licensed architect with extensive experience managing teams, optimizing architectural operations, and delivering complex projects across multiple market sectors. Responsibilities Licensed Architect (Florida license preferred or ability to obtain).Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.20+ years of architectural experience, including leadership within established architecture firms.Demonstrated success leading operations, managing teams, and improving business performance.Experience with complex project types such as Government, Healthcare, Aviation, and Mixed-Use developments is highly preferred.Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction documentation, building codes, and industry best practices.Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.Ideal Candidate This is a fully onsite leadership position (5 days per week).
