Job Scope and Major Responsibilities

Draft and produce marketing content, including website posts, social media, newsletters, press releases, awards submissions, and conference proposalsMaintain editorial calendars and publish approved content across platforms (website, social media, email)Develop brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateralAssist in the preparation of RFQs/RFPs, proposals, and client presentationsConduct market and prospect research to support new business opportunities, proactively present new opportunities to leadershipCollaborate with leadership to develop content and materials aligned with pursuit strategiesMaintain and update digital and printed marketing materialsSupport website updates; create and manage content for regular posting on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)Track and support awards, conferences, and other public-facing opportunitiesCoordinate project photography, videography, and asset collectionMaintain up-to-date digital asset libraries and marketing databasesManage external vendors to schedules and ensure timely deliverables (photographers, printers, etc.)Maintain marketing information systems, contact lists, and CRM toolsAssist in establishing and maintaining organized records and file systemsMonitor industry publications, trends, and promotional opportunitiesParticipate in marketing meetings and prepare reports as neededSupport internal and external events, including coordination and logistics

Architecture

3D Visualization of interior spaces and exterior volumes.Working with Senior Staff to produce architectural designs from concept sketches through construction documents. Skills & Qualifications

Must reside in the New York City areaBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Marketing, or Communications2 years + of marketing experience, preferably within architecture, design, or the AEC industryStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required)Familiarity with Revit, WordPressWorking knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)Experience with CRM systems and digital asset management tools is a plus
