If so, TETER is looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join our growing Mechanical Engineering Team.The Role As a Mechanical Project Engineer at TETER , you'll lead the design and delivery of HVAC and plumbing systems for a wide range of building types. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop practical, efficient, and code‑compliant solutions, while mentoring junior staff and helping projects stay on track. Project Engineer level (I or II) is based on experience, capabilities, and project complexity.What You'll DoDesign and lead HVAC and plumbing systems from early design through constructionCoordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and consultantsGuide production of construction documents and support QA/QC effortsSupport construction with RFIs, submittals, and site visitsMentor junior engineers and drafters and support team developmentWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)Professional Engineer (PE) license in California, or ability to obtain within 6 months via reciprocityExperience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for buildingsWorking knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit experience strongly preferred)Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetCompensation & BenefitsAnnual Salary Range: $105,000 – $140,000 (Actual pay will be based on license, experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. )Flexible, hybrid work schedule (after trial period)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceWellness ProgramPaid Time OffAnd more!#J-18808-Ljbffr
