Mechanical Project Engineer

At TETER, you'll apply your technical expertise while leading projects, collaborating with architects and engineers, and mentoring the next generation of mechanical engineers. As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you'll lead the design and coordination of HVAC and plumbing systems for a variety of building projects. Lead the design and documentation of HVAC and plumbing systems that meet client goals, project requirements, and applicable codes.Perform and oversee engineering calculations, equipment selection, and technical analyses that support thoughtful building system design.Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, civil, and other project team members to develop integrated design solutions.Guide project scope, schedules, and discipline-specific budgets while helping projects stay on track.Provide construction support through submittal reviews, RFIs, field observations, and problem-solving during construction.Mentor EITs, junior engineers, and drafters by sharing technical knowledge, providing guidance, and supporting their professional growth.Contribute to quality by participating in QA/QC reviews and continuously improving design standards and project delivery.
