MEP Engineers – Healthcare Projects

Location: Kansas City, MO

A leading architecture and design firm is seeking experienced MEP Engineers to support their growing portfolio of healthcare projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team working on impactful environments that prioritize healing, innovation, and sustainability. Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year | Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems for complex healthcare facilities
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout all phases of design and construction
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, healthcare regulations, and client requirements
Conduct system analyses, calculations, and performance evaluations
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to integrated project delivery
Review submittals, RFIs, and perform site visits during construction

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in MEP engineering within the AEC industry
Direct experience working on healthcare projects is required
Proficiency with relevant engineering software (Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and/or similar tools)
Solid understanding of building codes and healthcare-specific design requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team setting across multiple disciplines
Bachelor's degree (Required)
