Position SummaryCVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to serve as a Lead Technical Architect driving enterprise analytics solutions. This role is responsible for defining technical strategy, establishing architecture standards, and delivering scalable, AI-enabled data solutions across multiple operational domains including Clin Ops, MTM, and CRxM.You will act as both a hands‑on architect and strategic leader , translating business needs into robust data solutions while enabling advanced analytics, automation, and insights that drive operational performance and innovation.Key Responsibilities Architecture & StrategyDefine and enforce enterprise data architecture standards, best practices, and governance.Design end-to-end analytics solutions across data ingestion, transformation, semantic layers, and consumption.Establish scalable, secure, and AI-enabled data ecosystems supporting enterprise growth.Evaluate and prioritize portfolio opportunities to drive innovation and business value.Analytics Delivery & ExecutionLead the development of analytics solutions, dashboards, and KPI frameworks using Tableau and related tools.Enable automation of manual processes and streamline data workflows across platforms.Integrate multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights supporting operational decision‑making.Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and data models.Technology & InnovationServe as subject matter expert across tools such as Dataiku, Teradata, Alteryx, Tableau, and Python .Architect and support advanced analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI use cases aligned with enterprise standards.Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance analytics capabilities.Partnership & InfluenceCollaborate with business, clinical, and operations partners to define metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive data‑driven strategies.Communicate technical designs, tradeoffs, and insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.Leadership & DevelopmentGuide and mentor junior team members on technical design, analytics methodologies, and best practices.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agile delivery.Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or solution architectureProven experience designing enterprise‑scale data and analytics solutionsDeep expertise in:Advanced SQL, data modeling, and performance optimizationData platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata)Data integration, automation, and analytics architectureHands‑on experience with Tableau, Dataiku, Alteryx, and Python‑based solutionsExperience designing end‑to‑end data pipelines and reporting solutionsStrong understanding of SDLC, data governance, and security best practicesDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsPreferred Qualifications Experience with cloud or hybrid environments (e.g., GCP, Azure)Experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutionsBackground in healthcare, PBM, or regulated industriesExperience with agile delivery methodologiesStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skillsAbility to quickly develop subject matter expertise across domainsCore CompetenciesExecution & delivery excellenceBusiness intelligence & analytics leadershipStrategic problem solving & decision‑makingCross‑functional collaboration & influenceGrowth mindset & continuous developmentEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience requiredAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
