Miami Senior Project Coordinator

BMA Architects, Miami FL BMA Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of ultra high-end single-family residential projects in South Florida. This role is ideal for a highly organized, technically strong, and client-focused architect or project manager who thrives in a collaborative design environment and is capable of guiding complex projects from early design through construction administration. Lead the day-to-day management of large-scale luxury residential projects through all phases of design and construction Coordinate all project efforts — technical, administrative, and consultant-related — to ensure efficient and successful project execution Serve as the primary client liaison and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the life of the project Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and overall project strategy Oversee project documentation, consultant coordination, permitting, and construction administration processes Manage internal project teams and mentor less experienced team members and project managers Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with design intent and client expectations Lead coordination with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies Proactively identify project risks, coordination issues, and scheduling challenges, and implement solutions Maintain a high level of technical quality control and project organization throughout all phases Participate in project planning, resource forecasting, and strategic decision-making with firm leadership BMA Architects is an award-winning architecture and interiors firm with offices in the Hamptons and Miami.
