Microservices Architect, seeking a full-time remote professional with over 8 years of experience to lead the design and evolution of microservices ecosystems using modern cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities Define microservices architecture standards and service boundaries aligned with domain-driven design principles Lead the modernization of legacy systems into independently deployable services Establish API contracts and design resilient distributed systems incorporating best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Eight or more years of software engineering experience, including architecture roles Deep expertise in microservices design and distributed systems patterns Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies Proficiency in at least one major backend programming language such as Java, Go, or C#
