Job Title: Microsoft 365 Architect Job Duties: TRN Digital, LLC develops leading-edge technology solutions to help solve business problems and create new commercial opportunities for our customers. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect for our Boston, MA office to create project plans, migration plans, design solution architecture and quality review of work products. Analyze, design, develop of Modern workplace applications using various versions of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 products.Collaborate with key stakeholders and fellow peer architects to establish strategic guidance, standards, and reference models focused on future state, with an emphasis on associate engagement and usability.Engage as a subject matter expert or troubleshooter when transformation opportunities, design conflicts or high severity problems arise.Design and Implement solutions that run on Microsoft Azure, including aspects like compute, network, storage, and security.Build relationships with vendors and partners, leading and participating in product and proposal evaluations, recommendations, and architecture oversight.Ensure adherence to client defined ITIL and compliance procedures, champion modern ways-of-working such as Agile, DevOps and Design Thinking. Leading Microsoft 365 transformations including implementation of Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API.Delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction.Consulting / project-based experience, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with complex projects.Writing and responding to RFP/RFI/RFT documents and presenting to clientsTwo of the following: Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Microsoft Purview, Cloud App Security, Azure Active Directory, Advanced Threat Analytic, or Defender.Experience with sales principles and practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management.
