Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategies and objectives into scalable solution architectures supporting both business and technical capabilities

• Design and develop enterprise-level solution architecture for cloud-based SaaS solutions

• Provide architecture recommendations, technical guidance, and best practices

• Capture architectural decisions, dependencies, exceptions, and remediation plans

• Develop conceptual, logical, and transitional architecture artifacts aligned with enterprise standards and reference architectures

• Evaluate technical fit and feasibility of SaaS solutions within enterprise environments

• Support business case creation and target-state architecture planning

• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business leaders across multiple workstreams

• Ensure architecture compliance across security, operations, infrastructure, information, integration, and end-user computing domains

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE architecture and solution design

• Experience architecting Microsoft-centric enterprise applications and cloud solutions

• Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, patterns, and standards

• Experience designing scalable CRM and cloud-based SaaS solutions

• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

• Experience working in enterprise integration and transformation environments

• Ability to provide technical leadership and architecture governance
