Mid-Level Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architect to join our dynamic team in Charleston, SC. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative multi-family projects, collaborating with engineers, landscape architects, project managers, and construction professionals to bring the firm’s projects to completion. • Coordinate with and report to the firm’s director of design and principals on project plans, schedules and status. • 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture, with emphasis on permitting construction documents and construction observation. • Knowledge of building codes principally in South Carolina and North Carolina with an emphasis on the Charleston, SC and Raleigh, NC metro areas.
