Mid-Level Architect

Job OverviewAs a Mid‑Level Architect at CUBE 3, you will be responsible for guiding a project from the initial design stages through to the completion of Construction Documents, leveraging your experience to deliver high‑quality architectural solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop presentation materials and create Schematic Design, Design Development, and Contract Documents, including AutoCAD, Sketch‑Up models, renderings, and Construction Administration activities.Work under the direction of a Project Manager to identify, evaluate, and develop design solutions for specific technical design aspects of projects.Coordinate closely with consultants, internal and external team members, and QA/QC teams to ensure design accuracy, document thoroughness, and compliance with project requirements.Create, review, and refine concept design options; assign tasks to team members and deliver within programmatic and schedule constraints.Provide professional consultation in the planning, design, and coordination phases of large, complex projects.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of related experience in architecture and/or construction.Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Architecture School.BenefitsA generous vacation and paid holiday scheduleHealth, dental, life, disability, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending account401(k) retirement planEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible work environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerCUBE 3 Studio, LLC is committed to providing fair and equal opportunity for employment and advancement to all employed and potential employees of the Company.
