Mid-Level Architectural Designer

DOTec is seeking a Mid-Level Architectural Designer to support project design, coordination, and construction-document delivery under the direction of licensed architects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, architectural studies, environmental design, or a closely related field from an accredited or demonstrably equivalent program.Three (3) or more years of relevant professional architectural-design experience, including design development and construction-document production.Working knowledge of building planning, materials, assemblies, detailing, construction methods, accessibility, life safety, and multidisciplinary coordination.Familiarity with the International Building Code, accessibility standards, zoning and permit requirements, and the role of specifications and consultant documents.Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD and working ability with Adobe Creative Suite and common visualization, presentation, or rendering tools.Strong design communication, documentation, organization, self-checking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; regular on-site attendance and occasional project travel.
