Mid-Level Design Professional / Associate

Furrow Studio seeks ideas-driven candidates with 3+ years of professional experience that want to grow into leadership roles in our Austin-based studio. Title: Job CaptainType: Full-time, in-person with hybrid work options to be considered after successful onboarding.Responsibilities: As a Job Captain in Furrow Studio, you will work closely with the studio Principal to contribute to and co-lead production in all project phases, from site analysis and initial concept studies to design development, construction documentation and construction contract administration. You will also contribute to the studio’s design vision and culture.
