You will play a key role in leading interior architecture efforts, contributing to project design direction, overseeing technical documentation, and mentoring junior team members within a collaborative studio environment. Lead and support the development of interior architecture for a variety of residential and hospitality projectsProduce detailed interior drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, millwork details, and schedulesGuide material, finish, and fixture selections, ensuring clear documentation and coordinationCollaborate closely with project managers, architects, and designers across the firmWork closely with and seek direction from the Interiors Creative Director and the Director of Interior ArchitectureProvide mentorship, technical guidance, and quality oversight for junior staffCoordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintainedParticipate in project delivery from concept design through construction administration Joining our Chicago studio offers the opportunity to work on impactful, high-touch projects while contributing to a supportive, hands-on team of architects and designers.
