Lead and support the development of interior architecture for a variety of residential and hospitality projects Produce detailed interior drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, millwork details, and schedules Guide material, finish, and fixture selections, ensuring clear documentation and coordination Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and designers across the firm Work closely with and seek direction from the Interiors Creative Director and the Director of Interior Architecture Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and quality oversight for junior staff Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained Participate in project delivery from concept design through construction administration Joining our Chicago studio offers the opportunity to work on impactful, high-touch projects while contributing to a supportive, hands-on team of architects and designers.
