Mid-Senior Design Architect

Company Description SSN Corporation is a Design and Build General Contractor/Engineer offering services in building construction, building and infrastructure design, land planning and subdivision, structural, site/civil, geotechnical, and MEP design, construction inspection and material testing, as well as permitting and construction support. Role Description The Architect will contribute to building architectural design, land planning, and subdivision projects from conceptual planning through permitting and construction coordination, and lead a team of 5 junior architect to architect interns. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.Active Architectural License (North Carolina preferred; multi-state licensure a plus).8+ years of experience in architectural design with hands on experience in both land planning/ subdivision and building design projects.Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, subdivision ordinances, and permitting processes in North Carolina.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.Strong understanding of site grading, utilities coordination, and development standards.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
