Position Overview:

As a Mission Critical Project Architect at DLR Group, you will oversee all stages of project document development while collaborating with an exceptional team to create large, sophisticated data centers, emergency call centers, and industrial projects. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are both financially healthy and high in quality, while also fostering teamwork and effective communication. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the design disciplines to develop innovative technical solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading and coordinating design disciplines to create cohesive technical solutions.Providing mentorship and guidance to architectural staff.Overseeing all stages of professional practice, from conception to project completion.Collaborating in a team environment while also demonstrating self-management and creative independence.Maintaining high technical standards in the production of architectural drawings.Ensuring adherence to practice standards throughout the project lifecycle.Working alongside Project Managers, Designers, and Engineers in conceptual document development.What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design.10+ years of experience as a Project Architect.5+ years of experience with Data Center projects.Strong understanding of the design and construction process, with an ability to communicate effectively across disciplines.Proficiency in REVIT and CAD software for modeling and rendering.Willingness to travel occasionally to support project tasks.Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Licensure.LEED Accreditation and experience with sustainable design processes.A keen interest in sustainable building practices.Application Instructions:

Compensation will depend on location, experience, and skills, with a suggested salary range of $125,000 - $165,000 USD.
