Monitoring Architect

Locations and ContractCharlotte, NC; Plano, TX; Pennington, NJ.Contract: 12 months validity.Job Description Experience with monitoring Microsoft Teams, Co-pilot, M365.Experience in Major Incident Management.4-year college degree required.2+ years Development or Architecture experience for multi-tiered business applications.5+ years production systems architecting and/or support role.Proven experience with supporting monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Tivoli, Splunk, Sitescope, Catchpoint.Familiarity with supporting monitoring on Cloud and Containers infrastructure.Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.Proven experience with programming languages (Java and/or .NET).Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring.Proven experience in N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc. ).Rollout of the strategic monitoring tool across Banking APS applications.SME for monitoring tools that form part of the global monitoring strategy.Monitoring setup for applications on Cloud and Containers infrastructure.Host demos, overviews, and training of the monitoring tools for adoption across teams, preparing related materials to support sessions and adoption of tools (presentations, operational manuals, etc. ).#J-18808-Ljbffr
