Moveworks Architect/Developer is a remote contract position responsible for enhancing Moveworks implementations and integrating AI-driven workflows with ServiceNow to improve user experience. Key Responsibilities Architect and configure Moveworks solutions to meet complex business requirements Develop conversational plugins that streamline AI workflows and automated ticketing Advise internal and client stakeholders on deployment best practices and troubleshooting Required Qualifications 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Moveworks configuration and development Proven track record of building conversational plugins and AI-driven workflows Strong experience integrating Moveworks with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field Level 1 Moveworks Certification is preferred
