As a Technical Architect at our client, you will be part of the overall delivery team ensure the clients BC solution fulfills their business needs.What You'll DoStay current on Dynamics 365 platforms, development standards and supporting technologies such as the Power PlatformIdentify needed training for the development team members to ensure the teams delivery is aligned with the most current trendsDocument Standards and Processes for development team members to adhere toAssist with closing technically complex dealsProvide high level estimates as needed to assist with the closing of new salesProvide overall technical oversight to technically complex Dynamics 365Ability to break technically complex deliverables into manageable chunks to facilitate development team members deliveryEnsure the overall vision laid out by the functional team is adhered to across all development componentsLeads/coordinates development efforts that cross multiple Dynamics 365Where necessary bridge the gap between the functional team and development team membersProvide indirect mentoring to development team members via code reviews and identifying process deviationsWhere necessary inform management where deviations from standards and processes deviations are observed on a consistent basisPerform remote or on-site software customization/development services for client projects to achieve utilization goals defined for Technical ArchitectsPrepare development estimates/proposalsMaintain forecast reflecting planned workProvide technical and functional knowledge of the development technologies for clients and functional consultantsDesign and develop new software applications for clientsDesign and develop modifications to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applicationsCreate and develop new custom programs designed to integrate with Dynamics applicationsAttain and maintain appropriate certificationsCollaboration & HandoverWork closely with Delivery and Practice teams to ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to implementationProvide solution context, assumptions, and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with Marketing to contribute to or support content such as demos, webinars, case studies, and solution briefs related to Power PlatformQuality & Best PracticesEnsure solution designs follow Microsoft and internal best practices for security, governance, performance, and maintainabilityReview estimates and proposed solutions for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer goalsStay current on Power Platform features, roadmap updates, and licensing considerations, and share insights with internal teamsWhat You'll Bring7+ years of Dynamics 365 DevelopmentStrong understanding of Software Development LifecycleStrong understanding of Application Lifecycle ManagementPossess Bachelor's or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Azure Dev Ops, Power Platform)Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeedPossess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-personYou might also bring:Experience on multiple Dynamics 365 platformsExperience with Power PlatformExperience building automation to reduce development overheadExperience presenting at conferences on technical topicsExperience utilizing GIT#J-18808-Ljbffr
