Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour

Job Description

An established, Austin-based architecture firm is seeking a Multi-Family Project Manager/Architect to join our growing multi-family team.

We specialize in thoughtful, design-forward commercial architecture that integrates modern design principles with environmental sensitivity, material innovation, and seamless construction execution.

This is a leadership role for a highly organized, technically strong professional who can confidently manage commercial projects from pre-design through construction administration — and who understands how projects are executed in the field.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multi-family project delivery from concept through constructionActively produce and review drawing sets in Revit (required), including Construction Documents, detailing, and specificationsManage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships with clarity and professionalismCoordinate consultants (MEP, structural, civil, etc.) and ensure seamless interdisciplinary collaborationOversee permitting processes and code compliance for commercial projectsActively participate in construction administration and support design-build integrationMentor team members and uphold high production and documentation standards

Qualifications

10+ years of professional architectural experience, including commercial project leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Revit is required Proven experience managing commercial architecture projects is requiredStrong understanding of commercial construction methods, detailing, and sitecoordinationExperience with consultant coordination and permitting processesLicensure preferred but not requiredStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
