Museum/Architectural Project Manager

Unrivaled is actively looking for a Museum/Architectural Project Manager responsible for the overall success of our projects and ensuring that they are completed by the intended deadline, are estimated accurately, remain profitable, and they exceed client expectations. Oversee the lifecycle of work orders, ensuring accuracy, intended outcomes, execution, and quality assurance. Oversee external vendors, providing drawings, ensuring quality, and managing output and schedules. Must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, resolve conflicts, as well as general project management skills Experience with REVIT / Fusion 360 / AutoCAD / SketchUp is a plus Experience working with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus Excellent communication skills with team, client and vendors Familiar with completing projects with Government Funding (i.e. Division of Facilities and Construction Management ) Experienced with Excel or Google Sheets Designing, creating, building, and insulting each other’s mothers is what we love–doing it as Unrivaled is icing.
