NPA is seeking a motivated, and organized Project Architect to grow with its team. Project planning including developing schedules, assigning task/resources, and developing drawing lists and cartoon sets.Design studies for presentation to Principals and clientsGuiding junior team members in the design and production of architectural documents.Setting up drawing sets and organizing construction drawings and specifications based on NPA standards.Coordination with engineers and other consultants.Addressing technical/design issues and developing details based on NPA standards.Communicating effectively with clients and contractors, attending/ conducting project meetings, documenting and circulate meeting minutes.Assisting with Bid and Negotiation, and providing Construction Administration services: Shop drawings review, RFIs, Change Orders; Punchlist and Project closeout documents.
