Naval Architect: Design & Build Commercial Vessels

Chesapeake Shipbuilding Corp. in Salisbury, MD, seeks entry-level and experienced naval architects to join our Engineering Department, supporting design and construction of U.S.-built passenger vessels from concept through delivery.

This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities in a small but dynamic team. The Naval Architect will create detailed drawings, apply ABS and CFR guidelines, develop 3D hull models, and interface with USCG during plan reviews.
