Experience working on projects involving state transportation departments and turnpike authorities.Familiarity with PennDOT processes, PA Turnpike projects, or similar transportation agency procedures.Experience in natural resources, including coordination with professional wetland scientists and support for wetland and waterway permitting.Experience with hazardous waste and waste site evaluations as part of environmental project scopes.Comfort engaging with diverse stakeholders, including public audiences, agency representatives, and technical teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation, schedules, and project deliverables.Ability to thrive in a culture that values initiative, minimal micromanagement, and accountability for results.Interest in contributing to a strong team culture that includes social events, team engagement activities, and collaborative meetings.Understanding of environmental cost drivers and how they influence project budgeting and scope development.Work Environment The position provides exposure to a diverse portfolio of transportation and infrastructure projects, including work with transportation agencies and municipalities, offering opportunities for professional growth and variety in day-to-day responsibilities.
