The Worker will lead the design and implementation of the overall Upsides application architecture, creating a scalable, high-performance framework to transition TWC from manual, paper-based processes to a modern electronic data exchange. Serving as the primary technical lead, the Worker will provide expert guidance to the development team on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code. Expert troubleshooting skills in complex web environments, with the ability to resolve integration challenges between state systems and external brokers. Previous experience implementing or working with NASWA SIDES (State Information Data Exchange System) exchanges and technical specifications Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting complex XML/SOAP and JSON/RESTful web services used in federal/state data exchanges.
