NET Architect

Responsibilities • Lead architectural discussions to analyze technical requirements and design scalable, performance-efficient applications optimized for IIS deployment • Translate complex business needs into detailed technical designs, components, and specifications for development teams • Evaluate, recommend, and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and libraries for both front-end and back-end solutions • Establish and enforce code quality standards, best practices, and rigorous code reviews across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Design and engineer systems with a strong focus on database optimization, performance tuning, and caching strategies to ensure maximum efficiency • Ensure all application architectures strictly adhere to ADPH security standards and enterprise security requirements • Serve as the technical liaison between software developers, project managers, business analysts, and customers to ensure successful and timely project delivery • Provide technical leadership and guidance in converting complex business requirements into well-structured technical architectures 8+ years experience ASP.NET Core MVC 4/5 8+ years experience SQL Server / SSMS 8+ years experience Bootstrap Preferred Skills • Strong architectural mindset with experience designing enterprise-scale systems • Proven ability to optimize application performance and scalability • Deep understanding of secure software design principles • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Experience working across cross-functional teams in a leadership role
