OCC Lab Infrastructure Architect/Manager

This opportunity is well-suited for professionals who bring a blend of infrastructure architecture expertise, cloud-native platform knowledge, and team leadership experience. Provide technical leadership across cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and telecom lab environments.Lead and mentor a distributed team of infrastructure engineers, establishing operational standards and technical best practices.Own and maintain platform architecture across Kubernetes, OpenStack, Oracle infrastructure, Red Hat environments, and telecom platforms.Drive infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives, including data center and platform transformation efforts.Support lab expansion through capacity planning, utilization management, and hardware lifecycle planning.Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure lab environments meet evolving business and technical requirements.Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure, networking, platform, and application issues.Deliver visibility into infrastructure capacity, operational risks, and roadmap readiness.
