Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall system architecture and technical design across NonClass, IL5, and IL6 environments.Define OCI cloud architecture and security design in support of crossdomain data movement and mission operations.Architect and guide solutions that enable secure data flows between classified and unclassified environments in alignment with federal cross-domain requirements.Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering and DevSecOps teams throughout the system lifecycle.Design and oversee AI/ML solutions capable of analyzing multimodal datasets (e.g., text, imagery, signals, structured and unstructured data).Ensure security architectures and implementations align with OWASP principles and federal cybersecurity requirements.Oversee implementation and integration of source code vulnerability scanning technologies within CI/CD pipelines.Interface directly with Oracle, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and issue resolution.Support security authorization and compliance activities, including documentation and artifacts required for eMASS.Ensure architectures align with federal standards, customer requirements, and largescale program constraints.
