Office Leader - Architecture

Since our founding in 1969, the focus of our expertise and most of our current work supports education, housing, and workplace design. This position will be responsible for the effective management and profitability of operations at the Syracuse office including sales, administration, project management, design, and select staff management. Formulate and deliver business, marketing, and strategic plans for branch office to complement SWBR’s firm objectives. Minimum of 10 years of previous experience working as an architect or engineer is required. Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a management or project management capacity within the Architecture/Engineering industry is required.
