We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage our studio logistics, financial tracking, and basic HR functions. • Financial & Project Invoicing: Manage weekly and monthly billing pipelines. • Studio Operations: Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment. • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and project coordination—ideally within an architecture, engineering, design, or similar professional services firm. • Project Tracking Tech: Experience with Monograph (or similar industry project-accounting systems like Deltek, Harvest, or BQE Core) is a major plus, but a proven track record of mastering specialized cloud tools quickly is perfectly acceptable.
