Position Responsibilities

Lead and manage the technical aspects of architectural projects from concept through constructionCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project successDevelop detailed construction documents and specificationsOversee consultant coordination and maintain project schedules and deliverablesContribute to the design process with strong graphic and rendering skills

Qualifications And Experience

7+ years of professional architectural experienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in architectureLicensed Architect (LEED AP a plus)Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong experience in commercial projectsExcellent leadership and organizational skillsAttention to detail.Enthusiastic and passionate about the work.Effective communicator: articulate and patient.
