Operations Research Architect

Driving the optimization and algorithmic strategy for large-scale supply chain systems, the full-time remote Operations Research Architect will develop high-performance mathematical models and algorithms, mentor engineers, and set technical direction within the Product R&D team. Key responsibilities Define and drive the optimization and algorithmic strategy for supply chain systems Guide the development of high-performance models that operate on massive datasets Mentor senior engineers and researchers while fostering a culture of analytical rigor and engineering excellence Required qualifications PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field Extensive experience designing and delivering optimization models and algorithms in production environments Deep expertise in mathematical optimization techniques, including linear programming and heuristics Proficiency in C++ or similar high-performance programming languages Strong experience with commercial solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX) and performance tuning of optimization models
