Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning (EPBCS/PBCS), FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, TRCS, and EPCM, along with strong financial domain knowledge and solution architecture experience. The architect will work closely with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM solution architecture, design, and implementation.Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance, FP&A, and Accounting stakeholders.Design scalable planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions.Architect Oracle EPM Cloud modules including:Planning (EPBCS/PBCS)FCCSARCSEDMCSTRCSEPCMDefine integration strategies with ERP systems, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.Design metadata, dimensions, business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports.Lead data migration, data governance, security, and performance optimization initiatives.Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to EPM developers and consultants.Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Drive solution best practices, architecture standards, and governance frameworks.Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development when required.Required Skills

Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and implementation.Expertise in EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, TRCS, and EPCM.Hands-on experience with:Essbase (ASO/BSO)Groovy scriptingCalculation ManagerBusiness RulesData Management / Data ExchangeEPM AutomateREST APIsExperience integrating Oracle EPM with:Oracle ERP CloudOracle Fusion FinancialsOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Third-party ERP systemsStrong understanding of:Budgeting & ForecastingFinancial Consolidation & CloseAccount ReconciliationFinancial ReportingFP&A processesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.10+ years of EPM experience.5+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience.Experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations.Oracle EPM Cloud certifications preferred.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with global, multi-country EPM deployments.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.Exposure to data warehousing, analytics, and reporting platforms.Experience in Finance Transformation programs and cloud migration initiatives.Key Competencies
