Develop and deliver impactful presentations, workshops, and proofs of concept to demonstrate the strategic and financial benefits of proposed solutions to stakeholders. 12+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions (EPBCS/PBCS, Hyperion Expertise in data integration and automation using Data Management, EPM Agent, and ETL solutions Experience migrating on-premises Hyperion solutions to Oracle Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS, ARCS, FCCS) In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud infrastructure, security, and administration Proven ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders Lead delivery of end-to-end EPBCS solutions (planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting) Design and implement financial models, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements Configure and enhance EPBCS modules (Workforce Planning, Capital Asset Planning, Financials, Projects) Optimize EPM application performance for scalability and robustness Conduct workshops to gather requirements and provide strategic advice on leveraging EPM. Develop functional and technical specifications, test plans, and scripts Collaborate with finance and IT/DT teams to align EPM solutions with business goals Manage EPM application security, user provisioning, and integration with IDCS/LDAP Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with Finance and IT teams.
