Oracle HCM Architect - ORC and CoreHR Focus

Role Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Architect This individual will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable HCM solutions with a primary focus on Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Fusion HCM integrations. Lead solution design and configuration efforts within Oracle Fusion HCM, with emphasis on Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)Partner with HR, recruiting, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutionsSupport architecture and design decisions across HCM integrations and enterprise workflowsCollaborate with technical teams to build and support integrations between Fusion HCM and third-party systemsEvaluate enhancement requests and provide recommendations aligned with best practices and long-term scalabilitySupport implementation activities, configuration changes, testing, and deployment effortsTroubleshoot and resolve complex HCM issues while driving continuous process improvementsProvide guidance around HCM solution strategy and future-state architecture 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud expertiseHands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)Experience designing and supporting Fusion HCM integrationsStrong understanding of HCM architecture and solution design principlesExperience with tools and technologies such as:HDL / HSDLHCM ExtractsBI Publisher / OTBIREST / SOAP APIsOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Strong techno-functional capabilities with the ability to work across business and technical teamsExperience supporting implementations, enhancements, and post-production environments Preferred Qualifications
