We're hiring an experienced PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) with 10+ years of PEGA expertise to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale PEGA applications.
Key Requirements:
✔️ CLSA Certification (Mandatory)
✔️ 10+ years of PEGA experience with 3+ years as a Lead System Architect (LSA)
✔️ Strong expertise in PEGA 24.x/8.x, Case Management, and REST/SOAP Integrations
✔️ Hands-on experience with Constellation, Knowledge Buddy, LLM Integrations, KB & Analyzer
✔️ Experience leading development teams and driving architecture decisions
✔️ Agile project delivery experience with excellent communication and leadership skills
