The PeopleSoft Sr. Tech Lead / Technical Architect leads end-to-end architecture, design, development, support, and technical governance for PeopleSoft applications in enterprise environments. The role is accountable for delivering scalable, stable, and compliant solutions, guiding onsite and offshore teams, aligning technical execution with business objectives, and supporting Application Development and Maintenance engagements. Define end-to-end architecture and technical design for PeopleSoft FSCM and related enterprise systems, including integration with middleware, external platforms, and enterprise architecture standards. Lead onsite and offshore development and support teams, providing direction on coding, customization, configuration, planning, estimation, prioritization, quality, compliance, and risk management across the project lifecycle.
