Role Descriptions: PeopleSoft Sr. Tech Lead / Technical Architect

The PeopleSoft Sr. Tech Lead / Technical Architect leads end-to-end architecture, design, development, support, and technical governance for PeopleSoft applications in enterprise environments. The role is accountable for delivering scalable, stable, and compliant solutions, guiding onsite and offshore teams, aligning technical execution with business objectives, and supporting Application Development and Maintenance engagements.

Responsibilities:

Define end-to-end architecture and technical design for PeopleSoft FSCM and related enterprise systems, including integration with middleware, external platforms, and enterprise architecture standards.
Lead onsite and offshore development and support teams, providing direction on coding, customization, configuration, planning, estimation, prioritization, quality, compliance, and risk management across the project lifecycle.
Oversee application development and support activities including coding, unit testing, deployment, integration and system testing support, defect resolution, root cause analysis, incident management, problem resolution, and SLA adherence for L2/L3 services.
Serve as the primary TCS technical point of contact for stakeholders, collaborating with business, functional, infrastructure, and client teams while supporting governance, status reviews, escalations, change management, incident management, and release processes.
Establish best practices, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and SDLC compliance, while driving continuous improvement, automation, test strategy, and delivery excellence.
Coach and mentor team members, lead knowledge transfer, build reusable artifacts, and contribute to demand planning, resource ramp-up, and governance with on-call coverage (after business hours and weekend) for critical incidents.
Apply deep technical expertise in People Tools, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, Web Services, APIs, SQR, Application Packages, Workflow, Oracle, and related integration platforms, with strong functional understanding of finance, supply chain, and HR processes.
Skills: Oracle PeopleSoft Technical, Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Order to Cash (O2C) Process
