You'll be accountable for project execution, client communication, and regulatory outcomes, operating with minimal supervision and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a defined caseload portfolio of permitting and compliance projects from initiation through approval. ).Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding status, risks, and outcomes.Achieve strong client satisfaction (minimal escalations, positive feedback) and build & maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.Delegate defined tasks to Level I staff and provide clear direction as well as review junior staff work for quality and completeness.Contribute to process improvements and documentation of best practices.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsWe’re looking for talented professionals who are eager to help lead and grow a team, while contributing to high-quality, meaningful work.
