We are open to Co-op Students this spring for this position, or students who may be looking to complete rotations in other blocks

**Spring session - January 11th- May 15th**

**Who We’re Looking For**

We welcome students with a focus on, Architecture, urban planning, Landscape architecture, and related fields—who are:

* Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
* Excited to bring their ideas to the table.
* Ready to embrace teamwork and new challenges.

**What you'll do**

* Provide customer service both in-person and over the phone
* Draft narrative and illustrative content for plans and reports
* Assist in the coordination of certain permits, including: Land Disturbance Permits, Plats, Zoning-Related Applications & Fence Permits.
* Manages pre-application meetings for planning and zoning-related applications, including pre-review of all submittals, note-taking and follow-up correspondence with applicants or clients.
* Manages and updates all applications and forms, as needed.
* Creates zoning verification letters.
* Assembles notes/summary/minutes documents for meetings.
* Completes business license reviews for compliance with zoning regulations.
* Conducts research on planning and zoning-related matters.
* Travel to other local offices and clients may be necessary.
