6 Month Contract to Hire Desired Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience in IT Architecture, Solution Architecture, or serving as a Lead Technical Subject Matter Expert.3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing architects and highly technical teams.Strong experience developing technology roadmaps, architectural strategies, and enterprise solution designs.Deep understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.Experience supporting or architecting SCADA and other real-time operational systemsStrong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, infrastructure strategy, and architecture governance.Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and modern software delivery practices.Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps delivery frameworks.Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and translate business objectives into technology solutions.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Day to Day Candidates should possess a strong understanding of IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments, with experience supporting real-time systems, SCADA platforms, and security-focused initiatives.
