Leading architecture for large Azure programs, the remote full-time Principal Architect - AI will define modernization blueprints, guide multi-team execution, and mentor architects while promoting strong engineering practices and AI adoption. Key responsibilities: Lead architecture and technical strategy for large Azure programs, ensuring solutions meet client goals Translate business strategies into cloud architecture roadmaps and execution plans that drive measurable outcomes Mentor Senior Architects and Delivery Architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Required qualifications: 12+ years of experience in application development, cloud platform engineering, or data and analytics at enterprise scale 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and leading multi-team efforts at program scale Proven ability to integrate emerging AI frameworks into enterprise-ready solutions Experience leading architecture and delivery for Azure-based modernization or transformation programs Relevant Azure or Databricks certifications in AI, Data, or Architecture preferred
